Agreement

By using this website or booking an appointment with Frenkel PMU House, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, just ask — we're happy to explain before you book.

Age requirement

Permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing. In accordance with Texas law, all PMU clients must be 18 years of age or older. We may request valid ID.

Consultations, deposits & booking

• Your initial consultation is free, with no obligation to book.
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment time. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service.
• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text.

Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

• Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another client.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may result in a forfeited deposit.
• If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to give your service the time it deserves.

Health & safety

• You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies before treatment — this is essential for your safety.
• Certain conditions (for example, pregnancy or nursing) are contraindications for permanent makeup. Your artist may decline or postpone treatment if it isn't safe to proceed, and will discuss alternatives with you.
• All work is performed in accordance with Texas licensing and hygiene requirements. Read more on our Safety & Hygiene page.

Results & touch-ups

• Permanent makeup results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare. While we always work toward the agreed design, no specific healed result can be guaranteed.
• Most PMU services require a perfecting touch-up session after initial healing to complete the result; touch-ups are billed as listed on our Services page.
• Following your written aftercare instructions is essential — results affected by improper aftercare are not eligible for complimentary correction.
• Color softens over time; periodic color refreshes (typically every 1–3 years) keep results at their best.

Pricing & payment

Current prices are listed on our Services page and may change; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. Payment is due at the time of service.

Photography

With your written consent, we may photograph your results for your client record and our portfolio. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time — it never affects your care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frenkel PMU House's liability related to any service or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
